Is science one of your interests? Profession?

I was a student at the Academy when I was younger, and I enjoyed inventing. After I met Jayce, science became our profession, yes. [Science fiction....]

My Hextech partner, Jayce. The mixture of science and magic was his dream initially. [Their gay dream.]

Did you two achieve it?

[WHY!!!] Yes. We created Hextech and changed Piltover's way of life in some areas. We wanted to bring Hextech to the people, to help others, but kept running into bureaucratic roadblocks. And then I became... this. And I was able to bring our dream to the people as we always wanted.

[florescences]

This? Why do you describe yourself that way? Could you tell me more about how your dream was realized? What does it look like? The world you envisioned.

[ she does not ignore the hivemind unless he doesn't show her the hivemind. this is a cult, but it's a cult with good intentions, and it does look beautiful.

It looks like your thoughts on how Hextech should be used diverged. For something that combines both magic and science... I assume your government wanted to use it for a variety of things, right?

[ bureaucratic roadblocks. ]

[He tips his head in an affirmative partial nod.] The city below Piltover, Zaun. Its people had started to uprise for its independence and against their oppression. Those in Piltover wanted to use Hextech to fight back. But we did not make Hextech for it to be used as weapons.

You wanted to give it to the people... to heal them.

But I assume it did end up being used to make weapons.

Hextech was designed to help those in need, but when we created it, we had no intentions of prolonging life exactly. They were tools - powered gloves for miners, laser arms for artificers, things such as that. Our side project, the Hexcore, is where we learned of the possibility of regeneration. [He shakes his head uncertainly.] I'm not sure. The hammer Jayce used to kill me was made from Hextech, but as far as I know, we hadn't made any weaponry for others. Now that I'm gone? I can't say.

[florescences]

I wonder if he realized that escalation, or something happened to him when you two were separated.

Everything that can be used to help also has a possibility to harm. I think your ideal is nice, but I do wonder about the toll it's taken on you.

It is exactly that reason I refused to allow Hextech to be turned into a weapon. [His lips thin into a frown.] I don't think it has...?
